How to check how your website appears to AdWords advertisers
AdWords users use Google Placement tool to search and find websites to show their Ads. You can use the exact same tool to find how your website and custom channels appear to advertisers.
You need an AdWords account to use the Placement Tool. Don't worry, you don't need to spend any money to get an AdWords account. Just create an account with Google AdWords and you are ready to go.
Steps to check your site's placement in Google AdWords:
1. Login to Google AdWords.
2. Click on the menu "Tools And Analysis"
3. Select the option "Placement Tool"
4. Type the name of your site/blog in the "Word/Phrase" textbox and click the "Search" button
5. You will see your site name and also all custom placements listed below.

6. Click on the down arrow next to the placement name and see how it appears to the advertisers.
7. In case of custom channel placement, you can see the description you have used for your custom channel.

Make sure the description used for your custom channel actually matches the placement of your ad in the site, otherwise it could be considered as a violation of AdSense policies. Also, check the default URL listed in the placement details and make sure the default page is the ideal place where advertisers will find the best out of your website. Unfortunately, you cannot change the default url listed there but you can improve the content and placement in the default url to impress the potential advertisers.
