Gameplay and Storyline
The storyline of the game follows a world where a messenger who needs to deliver some message to "You". He must battle with various enemies (Scraps) during his journey. The gameplay of the game gives full justice to PSV capabilities. The player takes control of the messenger which can be any of these two - Lota (male character) and Atoi (female character). You can choose any of these two at the beginning of the game. The game opens like a world on a paper through your devices screen. The developers have nailed it with the art and design of the game which is created from paper. Your chosen character will start the journey and had to combat the scraps. One of the many good things in the game is the ability to customize your messenger (Lota or Atoi) which can be done by simply drawing on virtual paper and applying it on the character. There is also the option to take pictures during the game through PSV camera. Tearaway is easily the best handheld released in 2013.Pros and Cons
Pros - The whole papery world of Tearaway game will engage you for a good period of time. The art style and design used in the game is also superbly made by the creators with great sounds and effects. The game make full use of controls and features of your PlayStation Vita device while playing.
Cons - Not too many. The price of the game for Indian users is a little too high as compared to other part of the world. And the game is too short and needs only 6-8 hours to complete.My Ratings
