 Coolpad has launched their new Mega 2.5D smartphone model in this August 2016. Powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor, the phone has the standard 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels.
The Coolpad Mega 2.5D comes with a 3GB RAM with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB through a microSD card. Both the cameras are of 8-megapixels which appeared to be a little bit disappointing after they have pampered us with a 13 megapixel rear camera in their Note 3 lite model.
The Coolpad Mega 2.5D is an Android 6.0 based phone and the battery is a non removable one with a capacity of 2500mAh.
The phone has dual SIM facility with Connectivity options like GPS , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G . Among the Sensors on the phone has Accelerometer, Proximity and Ambient light sensors.
Overall the phone has a great look with a sleek design and as a newly introduced model, the all-metal appearance might ditch you as it is only the frame which is actually metal. It gives a sturdy feeling, but the 5.5-inch screen is not that easy to handle with one hand. As there are no curves, the edges of the phone feels a bit sharp on hands. The weight is around 140 grams, the phone is rightly weighed in proportion to its size.
