Microsoft is the giant when it comes to the operating system for PCs and laptops. The company has always tried to provide upgraded and better versions of the OS and Windows XP was no different.

When Microsoft has already launched Windows 7 and 8 the number of Windows XP users is not to be ignored. Windows XP was the updated version of Windows 2000 and it was launched in 2001. Depending on the net application of the desktop OS browsing statistics the number of Windows XP users in 2014 is near about 23.89%. The simplicity and ease of access have given this particular version of Windows operating system such popularity. Windows XP is mostly used in PC and laptops.
