LAVA Introduces its third Smartphone "Xolo X1000" with 2GHz Intel Atom processor in Indian market which is available on Android V4.0.4. It has 8 GB internal memory and expandable up to 32 GB. It is incorporated with 1 GB RAM and the special attraction of this product is Hyper Threading Technology for its processor.
LAVA has introduced its third smartphone in the Xolo series as Xolo X1000 which runs on the 2GHz Intel Atom processor with Hyper Threading Technology.
While speaking to the media LAVA Co-founder and chairman Vishal Sehgal claims that "LAVA introduced its first smartphone X900 in April last year with 1.6GHz processor in the field of smartphones and defined the speed, earlier in the year 2013 Xolo X500 in the Xolo series drastically reduced the price of smartphone at the level of 10 thousand and now Xolo X1000 can re-define the speed with its 2GHz Intel processor". He also said that their relationship with Intel continues with its future designs in the same series of smartphones.

Xolo X1000 - Intel based smartphone has got 2GHz Atom processor with "Hyper Threading Technology (HTT) and will be the fastest smartphone ever- LAVA claims. It will be sold in India from 21st March 2013. The initial release cost will be Rs 19,999 and the bookings have already started at Flipkart for the same price.
For graphics, the smartphone is powered with PowerVR SGX540 chip with 400 MHz clock speed. It has 1 GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32 GB with micro SD. When comes to the Camera it has features - 8 mega pixel rear cam shooter and 1.3 Mega pixel front camera. 1,900 mAh battery can provide 5 hours of browsing time with 3G and a talk time of 9.5 Hours on both 3G as well as 2G networks and claims 13 days standby back up. While coming to the connectivity Xolo X1000 supports Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth. The smartphone is very slim and handy with its 9.1 mm thickness, so it is easy to carry as a business gadget.
while the dark side is its operating system platform Android 4.0 Version (Ice Cream sandwich) which is 2 years old but the officials claim that it can be upgraded to Android 4.1 (jelly bean) by April 2013 end.

In future, LAVA mobile would release the other series called QCORE ("Quadra core") in the near future. They will at least release 4 Quadra core mobiles by April 2013 end. The recent release of Quadra core version smartphone Q800 has got 4.5 inch HD display, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). There is an 8-megapixel auto focus rear snapper with LED flash, a 1.2-megapixel front camera and a 2,100 mAh battery.
