Nokia Lumia 620 sports a 3.8 inch TFT Capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels. It operates on Windows 8 OS. Peeking into its internal features, Lumia 620 is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor. It offers 8 GB of internal storage along with 512 MB of RAM. The memory can be increased further upto 64 GB with the help of a microSD card. Also, since it is a Windows phone, its users can use 7 GB of free Sky drive.

Lumia 620 features a 5 MP primary camera capable of recording 720p videos at 30 fps (frames per second). There is a secondary VGA camera for video chat.
