iBall Andi

Micromax A116 Canvas HD Vs. iBall Andi 4.5q:

The other salient features of iBall Andi 4.5q smartphone are: 512MB RAM, 4.5 inch qHD with 960 X 540 pixel resolution, dual core 1GHz Cortex A9 processor and 8 MP auto focus camera with LED flash. On detailed comparison of various features of both the smartphones, you will easily pick out the winner as Micromax A116 Canvas HD for its performance and specifications already explained above. Actually, there is nothing much to compare between both the phones except on the price side. The iBall phone is priced less, but ofcourse with little bit better performance from Micromax A116, you won't mind it.

Micromax A116 Canvas HD and HTC One V:

HTC One V

Well, HTC One V is the smartphone from HTC priced approximately at INR 18,299/-. To find more details about HTC One V, please visit the Techulator page on HTC One V smartphone. The salient features of this phone are: 5 MP camera with HTC ImageSense, connectivity through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G & GPS, Beats Audio technology, 3.7 inch touch screen with 480 X 800 resolution, 25GB free Dropbox storage, 4GB internal storage, HTC Media Link HD and it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with 1GHz processor.

We have to remember that HTC One V has been launched much before Micromax A116 Canvas HD and therefore, it has got few points to score over the Micromax. However, as a consumer, you need to pay the price for the slightly improvised features with HTC One V. However, it does not mean that the features provided by Micromax are inferior to that of HTC One V. It can only mean that if you afford more, you get more comfort, that's it.

Micromax A116 Canvas HD Vs. Lenovo IdeaPhone S560:

Lenovo IdeaPhone S560We can say that Lenovo IdeaPhone S560 is the one that comes very near to Micromax A116 Canvas HD for comparing all aspects including the price tag. Some of the main features of Lenovo IdeaPhone S560 are: Dual core processor, 512 MB RAM, runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 4 inch IPS display with 480 X 800 resolution, front and back cameras, 1GHz dual core MediaTek MTK 6577 CPU, PowerVR SGX531 GPU, 512MB RAM, 4GB inbuilt storage, 32GB expandable memory through microSD slot, 2000 mAh etc.

Yes, all I can say is that it's really a neck to neck fight between these two smartphones. Both phones score in few areas, which we may consider as their strength, like Android versions in each type of phones, cameras etc. I am going to just keep my fingers crossed for the final voting by the consumers of these smartphones. I can tell you that Micromax A116 Canvas HD created furore when it was placed for sale and the Lenovo IdeaPhone S560 is yet to make any tremors. Anyhow, I am not going to blindly follow such initial hypes too. All is well that ends well. Therefore, I think Micromax has slight edge in some important consumer friendly features and hope to carry it through and convert it in to a successful market.

My wishes to the consumers/readers, who have plenty of options to choose with, its just great na?

Hey, you have said in the title as "vs other quad core phones" but all the others mentioned here are dual core, aren't they? :/

And at the end, "great NA", since this is an article, ending it with "isn't it" instead of "na" was better. Just saying. And you write really good articles for the matter of fact, but you should also take care of such small things. And this will help a lot of people looking for a phone according to their needs. :)

Hi Aditya, I suppose and made sure that all are quad core phones.
Thanks for the fine tuning points, I shall take care in future resources.

No, only Canvas HD is a quad core, rest all are using MediaTek's MT6577 processor (except HTC One V) which is a dual core. You have written in the article clearly that all the phones are dual core? Please be careful in the future. This is a well written article, but such small mistakes might ruin the whole thing!
