Steps to manually Install Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean Update on Sprint Galaxy Nexus L700:

Step 1: This article is only for the users who own Sprint Galaxy Nexus L700.

Step 2: You should charge your device so that there is at least 70% charge with it so as to reduce the chances of power interruption during the process.

Step 3: You should backup all valuable data on your phone, for ensuring that there is no data loss during the process.

Step 4: You should disable all security programs like Antivirus and Firewall from your computer and uninstall the same from your phone, as these security programs generally tend to interrupt the process.

Step 5: Enable USB Debugging in your Sprint Galaxy Nexus L700 from the path "Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging". The option of USB Debugging should be ticked.

Step 6: Download Drivers, Odin and ROM File from here to your computer. Install drivers on your Windows PC so as to have all the necessary drivers for your phone. Even, install Odin onto your PC. Extract the "ROM File" into a folder onto your desktop.

Step 7: Open Odin and reboot your phone so as to enter it in Download Mode. To do so, when your phone is OFF, press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons together until the screen turns ON.

Step 8: Now, connect your phone to the PC using the original USB cable.

Step 9: You will see "Added!!" message in Odin, it means that your device has been recognized successes.

Step 10: Now, click on "PDA" button and then choose the "CODE_I9250XXSPH-L700GA02. tar. md5" file from the folder where you have extracted the "ROM File".

Step 11: Do not make any other changes in Odin only ensure that the "Re-Partition" option is not checked.

Step 12: Now, click on "Start" button from Odin to begin the flashing process.

Step 13: As soon as the flashing process has completed you will see a "PASS" message in Odin and your phone will reboot automatically.
