The phone will be currently available in three colors black, white and red. HTC has geared up HTC Butterfly with the latest Android operating system , v4.1 (Jelly Bean), upgradable up to v4.2 (Jelly Bean). This phone will definitely open the new horizon for the full HD screens in the smartphones that are to be released in the near future.

1) Display : HTC Butterfly has a super LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors support with a display size of 1080 x 1920 pixels, along with huge 5.0 inches screen (~441 ppi pixel density) with multitouch. The display will come with the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 and HTC Sense UI 4+ protection.

2) Body : The body dimensions are 143 x 70.5 x 9.1 mm (5.63 x 2.78 x 0.36 in) and the body weight is 140 g (4.94 oz). The HTC Butterfly have touch-sensitive controls.

3) Operating system : HTC Butterfly is having the latest Android operating system , v4.1 (Jelly Bean) which is upgradable up to v4.2 (Jelly Bean). This phone is geared up by the fastest processor, Snapdragon S4 PRO 1.5 GHz Quad Core Processor. The dedicated graphics will be handled by Qualcomm's new Adreno 320 GPU.

4) Camera : HTC Butterfly is having a huge primary camera of 8 mega pixel , 3264x2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash along with the features like simultaneous high definition video and image recording, geo-tagging, face and smile detection. The camera will enable you to capture videos with stereo sound recording and video stabilization. HTC Butterfly also possesses the secondary camera of 2.1 mega pixel which will record the full 1080p videos at 30 frames per second and will facilitate you in video calling.

5) Memory : HTC Butterfly has the option of microSD card slot with which you can expand the memory up to 32 GB but it also comes with the option of internal memory of 16 GB (11 GB user available) which will help you in storing huge data on the phone powered with the 2 GB RAM for smooth performance.

6) Battery : This smartphone seems to have the standard battery, Li-Po 2020 mAh but any information on standby time, talktime and the music time is not yet available because this smartphone is yet to released in India next year but one thing is for sure that this smartphone from HTC family which is loaded will all great features will have a good battery life and it will prove its worth for its price valve decided for Indian customers.

Price of HTC Butterfly : HTC is already selling the Droid DNA in the USA which is having the cost of $600 (Rs 32,000 approximately), so HTC Butterfly is expected to be priced around the same price for the Indian market.
