Powered by a 1.5 GHz Exynos 4412 quad-core processor, the Newman N2 is compatible with Samung Galaxy S3 which also comes with a 1.5GHZ Qualcomm dual-core processor (same in Galaxy Note 2 phablet). So it is much sure that the Newman N2 would give the same processing speed as guaranteed by Galaxy S3.

Display


The Newman N2 is equipped with a 4.7 inch 720p HD touchscreen display which would be slightly short while comparing it with Galaxy S3's Super AMOLED display which is of 4.8-inches and just 1.1 millimeters thick.

Operating System


Both Newman N2 and Galaxy S3 would run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS while expecting to see the smartphones getting Android Jelly Bean update. Being a latest entry in market, Newman N2 had time to update it with Jelly Bean but failed to do so. The Galaxy S3 is currently getting Jelly Bean update which is rolling out in the United Kingdom, but US customers have to waif few more months too. Meanwhile the Newman N2 also expects a Jelly Bean update very soon.

RAM and Storage


While the Samsung Galaxy S3 boosts of having a 2GB RAM, the Newman N2 is comfortable with 1GB of RAM. The Galaxy S3 is equipped with 16/32/ 64GB internal memory which can be expandable using a microSD card. The internal storage capacity of Newman N2 is limited to 8GB.

Camera


The rear camera of Newman N2 would bring more smile on the face of tech enthusiasts as it comes along with a roaring 13-megapixel camera. So get ready to shoot your favourite photos at dream locations. This smartphone also has a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. The Newman N2 makers have unveiled 2 photos giving way for consumers to make a pick. Both pictures look stunning and classy. The Galaxy S3 has already got lot of claps for it's sleekly design but also had got criticism for its plastic covering.

The Newman N2 would give a surprise with its 2,500mAh battery which is much bigger its arch rival Galaxy S3 battery which is of 2,100mAh. So here too Newman N2 makes a far difference compared with Galaxy S3.

The Samung Galaxy S3 is currently available globally priced at $574.99 while the Newman N2 would come at a dream price of $237. The Newman N2 would make it way into China in November. There is no wording available about its international launch.
