In my opinion, these phones have almost same hardware configuration. Weight and thickness are the main difference between them. Sony Xperia TX supports up to 10 fingers of multi touch. But Sony Xperia T supports only 4 fingers. 3D sweep panorama is the special feature of Sony Xperia TX. But it is not in Sony Xperia T. Otherwise both are same.
