Both phones have almost same features, but there are a few differences between them. But this slight difference can also change the whole thing. Both the phone use Android platform to operate and both phone's camera functions at 8MP and both of them have a secondary camera. But the Motorola Razr HD has a 1.3MP camera and the Sony Xperia P has a VGA quality camera for video calling purposes. Motorola Razr HD has the camera features like Touch-focus, geo-tagging, face detection, image stabilization and Sony Xperia has the camera features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, 3D sweep panorama, image stabilization. From this it is clear that in case of camera functions Sony Xperia P is better since it has more additional camera features. Now we can take the case of processing speed and the memory capacity. In both phones same quality processor is used. But Motorola Razr HD doesn't has a Chipset and GPU. But Sony Xperia P has those, i.e. NovaThor U8500(Chipset) and Mali-400MP(GPU).
