In both phones same Processor, Chipset and GPU are used, i.e, (CPU) Dual-core Krait 1.5, (Chipset) Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon and (GPU) Adreno 225. When we consider the memory capacity of the two phones, Samsung Ativ S has more internal storage than that of Nokia Lumia 820.
