Samsung has announced that it will shortly be introducing the latest Cyanogen mod 10 Jellybean 4.1 firmware update for Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. For update, you need to be on the rooted firmware and the device should be installed with Clock Work mod recovery. As the device is rooted the warranty will have to be reclaimed by reapplying the original
firmware update.

    Backup your data from Samsung Galaxy S3


    Before going for installing process, first of all Backup all your data, as it will be erased upon updating your Samsung S3.

    SMS – Use "SMS Backup & Restore app",
    Contacts- Copy it to SDcard or Sim card.
    Call Log- Call Log and Restore

    2. Now upload Cyanogen Mod 10 preview for Galaxy S3 Package & Google Apps Package to your computer and with the original USB Cable connect Galaxy S3 to the computer. Then place the 2 zip files in your phone, not too deep into sub-folders.

    3. Now turn off your Samsung Galaxy S3, so that device can be entered into recovery mode, by pressing both Volume Up Key, Center button and simultaneously pressing the power button.
