Nokia Android mobile phone

Currently there are many questions for Nokia corp. such as what will be the future OS for Nokia mobiles, what will Nokia do if Windows 8 is not available for Nokia mobiles. I just read an official announcement heard to answer these questions. Nokia officials made a official announcement that Android will be their OS if Windows 8 fails. You will be eager to know the reason why Microsoft have Nokia as one of their OEM. Below I have explained it.

Nokia mobile will run Android OS in future reason

Windows 8 Surface Tablet
You might be aware about Surface Tablet launched by Microsoft that runs Windows 8. Microsoft Surface Tablet is the first tablet that has got their own hardware by Microsoft. Earlier, they used OEM such as companies like Dell, Samsung, Nokia etc to have their hardware parts. But this time they have designed their own hardware. This looks they are now going to follow the method of Apple. Apple products have own OS and own hardware. Steve Jobs already mentioned that designing the hardware with respect to the software is better than world's best hardware. Now this rule is applied in Microsoft's Surface Tablet. Microsoft feel they have made a successful device. And the reality is also the same, many users who reviewed the Surface Tablet have termed it revolutionary.

Windows 8 in Mobile, Tablet & Laptop
Due to success of Surface Tablet, Microsoft decided to manufacture their own hardware like Mobile, Tablet & Laptop with Windows 8 as OS. It creates doubt whether they consider other companies hardware for their software. Question arises if they wont provide software for other manufacturers what will be their decision.

Windows 7.5 Tango update not available for Nokia
Windows 7.5 Tango update is currently available for two mobiles one is Samsung Omnia W and the other is Dell Venue Pro. Among this Dell Venue Pro is old Windows mobile launched two years back. This update includes including media files in MMS, synchronize contacts from one phone to another phone and improvement in the mobile performance. Unfortunately, these updates were not available to Nokia Lumia mobiles which is a bad news.

So it looks that there might not be Windows 8 OS available for Nokia mobile. The remaining OS in their hand is Symbian Belle OS. But this OS doesn't have much attractive features. Only thing in Belle OS is its camera option.

MeeGo OS not for Nokia in future
MeeGo OS currently said toodle-oo to the Nokia mobiles. In future there won't be any MeeGo OS for mobile phone. MeeGo OS is based on Linux platform programmed for Netbook usage and other electronic appliances. This OS is available only in Nokia mobile mainly in the most famous N-Series. Currently N9 is running this MeeGo OS which has impressed a lot of customers. But sadly there is no more MeeGo OS for Nokia in future. This strengthens the chance to choose Android as their operating system.

Now this MeeGo team has moved to Tizen OS. They have partnered with  Intel and Samsung. Soon there will be mobile device launched with Tizen OS.

This above reasons will make Nokia to switch to Android OS.
