Most recently, Toshiba unveiled its three AT Series Android tablet models. Out of the three, Toshiba AT270 is the 7.7-inch smallest and low price ranged model. The machine is that is 7.8mm in thickness and 350 grams in weight. Where, Toshiba AT300 is medium sized among the three. AT300 is 10.1-inch touch-screen tablet having 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Toshiba AT330 is the largest and 13.3-inch touch-screen tablet having 1600 x 900 pixels resolution. All the three devices are powered by NVIDIA Tegra-quad Core processor and running on Android operating system.

Toshiba AT270 is a Super-slim pocket-sized tablet with 7.8mm thickness and 350gms in weight. It has 7.7-inch scratch-resistant corning Gorilla Glass display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels with dual cameras – one 5MP rear and other 2MP front camera.
The tablet is a super slim 7.8mm thick tablet powered up by NVIDIA Tegra-quad Core processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage internal storage. It also added with a microSD card slot as expandable memory option and runs on Android operating system.
The device features Wi-Fi, micro-USB port, Bluetooth and multi-ports to ensure maximum connectivity.

Toshiba AT300 is 10.1-inch medium sized and low price ranged model of Toshiba AT series and 600 grams in weight. The device boasts of dual cameras – one 5MP rear and other 2MP front camera.
Toshiba AT300 tablet has 10.1-inch scratch-resistant corning Gorilla Glass display with 1280 x 800 pixels screen resolution and 600 gms in weight. For better picture quality, the 'Adaptive display' is used by tablet to automatically adjust brightness with changing lighting conditions both in day and night.
