Facebook is the giant social network which has the basic application of connecting people and developing friendship. But currently Facebook is not just about reaching out to friends, but also introduced a new application which allows the user to add enemies to the profile.

EnemyGraph application


EnemyGraph application is a new application on Facebook available for free. The application lets the user to add enemies to his Facebook profile. The 'enemies' include real victims from the friends list or from other users of the application. Once a person has been added in the enemies list hey appear on one's profile on the Enemies list, visible to other users of the application with the Daily Mail reported. It also provides options to declare 'war' on any product or a person or company that exists on Facebook. Usually people like the pages of the favorite band or film or sports or the favorite icons from which they are inspired or passionate. But the founder of the application, Dean Terry of the University of Texas at Dallas thinks that there are factors which people dislike but get motivated from them either by knowing or unknowing. If the user is not a friend with someone or not a user of the app, or generally not famous, he cannot be listed as an 'enemy'.

There are many applications supporting photo uploading and tagging. To make the work easier there is an application,Gogobot. This application allows the user to create a passport list of the cities he visited. He can upload the photos of the famous cities he visited through the application Gogobot and write the views related to the details on the photos.

Artfinder is a Facebook application that enables the user to have his own art museum in his pocket! The snapshots of the art can be entered into the application for analysis; so that it simply identifies the art work. A database can also be developed by entering the details of the art (like author's name etc) if the user knows. This would be a handy application to have for a self-guided museum tour or while shopping vintage stores.

Causes is another Facebook application that helps the user to get involved with the issues he cares about. It provides a list of topics and the user can sort it and select any option. For example if the user selects an option like Women Empowerment, he can learn more about the topic and share his views on the topic and do the discussion. So that the user can create the awareness on the issues with his Facebook friends.

Grockit provides study guides for middle school, high school, college and graduate students — from the SAT to GRE. The application is in primary stage and more research is going on for the development. Both solo study and group study can be done though Grockit. The user can let his friends know that he's studying on Grockit and brag about the latest badges you've earned on the site.

The wines can be tested and tasted for quality by sharing experiences through the application Snooth. The reviews on wine taste/quality can be posted by clicking the 'taste' button on the application. A five merlot-glass-scale is provided to rate the wine quality. It also allows the user to read others' reviews, filter through wine guides and browse bottles by region.

The Facebook app Runkeeper enables the user to track and save the routes, even distinguish which ones are cycling and jogging routes. Downhill skiing routes, hiking, swimming, skating, rowing and other activities can also be tracked by the application.
