I have looked everywhere for the exact specs of AVI format this player supports and the best I get is this: ?Video File > avi > Video Codec: [MPEG4, DivX 4 / 5 / 6, XviD, H.264: 720p (1280 x 720) / DivX 3.11: D1 (720 x 480)]?
Does that mean that _only_ those resolutions can be played, or, what it _should_ hopefuly be, that UP UNTIL those resolutions can be played?? I re-encode all my vids to 640 width (re-encoder adjusts height to relative new size based on that width). So if player can handle any size up to width/height mention, this player is what I've been looking for for 2 years!
My fixed media player at home plays all my AVIs, my parents Samsung flatscreen has played all my AVIs, and burned onto disc my DVD has also played them all. Just missing a portable media player to do same.
