A. Open the Calendar app in Windows 8.
B. Choose the date of the event / meeting invitation. You should see the event on your calendar.
C. Click the Event option to go to the Event Edit page.
D. Click the Respond button to accept, decline, or tentatively accept the meeting.
For Web service:
You have to sign in to the web service to view the meeting invitation. You can then accept (or decline) the invitation, if any, and add the meeting to your calendar. The new event will be displayed on your system when the Calendar app synchronizes.
