Available Apps in Windows 8 Customer Preview
As Windows 8 Customer Preview is very shortly going to launch in the market, I guess most of us would be interesting to know about it and the apps present in Windows 8 Customer Review. So, here are the various apps and features present in the Windows 8 Customer Review
Microsoft has announced that it is going to launch the Windows 8 Customer Preview on February 29, 2012. I guess everyone is excited and waiting to install Windows 8 Consumer Preview. So before that are you curious to know what apps are present in Windows 8 Consumer Preview, if so here is brief overview of the various apps present in Windows 8 Consumer Review.
Windows 8 Consumer Preview is going to come with a pack of pre-installed Metro Style apps and few games probably demo versions. Apart from this Microsoft is working on enabling the SMS support for the message app. The video and music apps were developed by Xbox team branded with Zune.
Pre-installed Metro Style Apps include:

• Messaging

• Video
Apart from pre-installed Metro Style Apps, Windows 8 Consumer Preview comes with Pinball and Solitaire as pre-installed games. A Metro version of the Xbox Live Companion app also comes as pre-installed app, this is quite similar to the one that is available on windows phone. Apart from these pre-installed apps and games, the Windows store will offer 11 games at the time of launch. They are

Reports conclude that the apps available at Windows store during the time of launching Windows 8 Consumer Preview will be free, however paid apps will be available in Windows store once Windows 8 is officially launched which is expected to be in the month of July 2012. The cost of paid apps may vary from $1.49 to $999.
