Adding one more to the tablet club here comes the TabTop PC, the first tablet from Milagrow. Much popular in India providing tech –enabled solutions, Milagrow headed by Rajeev Karwal has launched the TabTop PC which is more suited for business professionals. The research wing of Milagrow, the Human tech had gone through an extensive research for around a year and half before the product was brought to life.
The Milagrow TabTop comes in two models ; The 16 GB tablet powered by a 1.2 GHz A2918 cortex processor has 512 MB RAM while other variant with 32 GB will have 1.2 GHz A2918 cortex processor and 1 GB DDR3 RAM. This tablet supports GPRS, Lan Support , W-Fi, Bluetooth, and 3G. Weighing 455 gram the company claims to have 10 hour battery back up. Powered by Android 2.3 OS this tab will also have some additional hardware features like the USB port, HDML out and a SD card reader. 2 Mega Pixel rear Camera and a VGA camera in the front would be useful for HD indoor and our door shoot.
Other than this the TabTop PC is fully loaded with 50 great applications which would be used for networking, education, media etc. The TabTop is integrated with the latest version of Android which would be having more user friendly home screen. This helps users to move widgets and fast browsing. The 16GB TabTop will be available for Rs 25,000 while the 32GB model would cost Rs 29,500.
Speaking to media after the launch of TabTop Mr. Karwal said the tablet would reach market with in few days. This tablet is marketed through e-commerce portals, retailers and also would be introduced through institutional sales too.
Being a visionary Mr Karwal said that the tablet market in India would have a progressive growth with around 15 million tablets by around 2015 and the company target to get 10 percent of the total share.
