Google released a new Chrome extension called Google Related which is useful while you are searching for anything in Google. Google related is a Chrome extension and Toolbar feature in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Toolbar is a feature which is available for Internet Explorer and Firefox users. As the name indicates it is a Google Toolbar which will be installed in your browser. In the list of Toolbar, Google Related is also added yesterday.

How Google Related Extension will be useful ?


When you are in the internet and you are searching for some technology news or any article about Anna Hazare or searching for a review about Mac Book Pro, Google Related will be very handy for you.

Google Related is just a Chrome extension, which you can get from the Chrome Extensions. Install it in your browser. After installation, when you are searching for something in Google, you may notice a thin bar at the bottom which shows you, "your search related articles". You can click on the articles and you can view it.

For example, If you are searching for Windows 8, Google Related will work in background and it filters the content which has more information about Windows 8 and it will show you the list which are related for Windows 8.

As per Google, "Whether you're reading a news article, shopping for a new pair of shoes or visiting your favorite musician's website, Google Related works in the background to find you the most interesting and relevant content on the topics you're currently viewing. For example, if you visit a restaurant's website, Related can show you a map, reviews from Google Places, mentions from across the web and other similar eateries that you might want to try. Results will display in a thin bar at the bottom of your screen, and will remain minimized until you hover over them with your mouse. Once selected, they'll open up immediately in your browser window, saving you the trouble of having to open multiple new windows or tabs. If Google Related shows you something you're interested in, you can let others know using the built-in +1 button."
