No Subscription Found Error in Office 365
In this article, I discussed about "No Subscription Found Error" in office 365. The user sees the error message No Subscription Found. Resolution for the error in discussed in the article.
One of the probable cause for this type of error is: The Microsoft Online Services ID and password entered is not assigned to a known Office Professional Plus for Office 365 account.
Error: The error message will be displayed as "No Subscription Found".
Resolution for the error is: We have to check the license provisioning. To do this, first we have to log in to the Office 365 Portal and you have to verify that your account exists. Then you have to conform that the Microsoft Online Services ID is assigned to the Office Professional Plus for Office 365 license.
If your account does not exist
1)
create the account and add the account.
Assign the license to your Microsoft Online Services ID.
If you are conform that you have account and you want to check once again,type your user id and click the search button. If your id is there, your account will be displayed.
In the "No Subscription Found" dialog box, click Retry.It will recheck whether there is ID or not. If there is no id follow the first procedure.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, uninstall Office Professional Plus for Office 365 and reinstall it from the original installation source.
