HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\NetBT\Parameters
Once you selected the above key then right side you will see a value named "TransportBindName", delete the previous value and leave it as empty.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE
On the right side of the window, you will find a key named "EnableDCOM" open and modify it from Y to N.Method 2

Install service pack 3 (SP3) for XP will resolve this issue, probably it is a bug in XP SP2. Apart from this always use Antivirus program to protect your PC. One Antivirus program is to protect your system from antivirus, spyware, adware and other unwanted programs. Use Security Essentials from Microsoft it is Windows operating system and install Spybot.Method 4
Do a clean install, format the system and reparation the system and then install Windows OS. If you still want to use XP then install Windows XP with service pack 3 and then some antivirus software to protect the system.
