Step-5 After that, you can limit accounts that are not following you or those that have recently followed you by using toggles. 
The accounts that aren't following you may be spam or fake accounts created to harass you according to Instagram, whereas recent accounts are those who started following you just recently.
Step-6 The next step is to select Limit For under the bottom section. You will receive a reminder after you set a time limit to let you know if you want to turn off or edit your limits.
Step-7 There are two options: One to seven days or one to four weeks. Choose the Set Reminder option.
