The Internet has helped me a lot to do work from home and increased my Productivity. The apps are friendly, straight forward and easy to use; whether to organize project management or a to-do list.

In this, you can chat and message in real-time and create charts by using live data and do editing with your co-workers, and there are also other 400 applications which support this app. You can import your documents Dropbox, Google Drive, Google documents and export documents to PDF with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets over to Microsoft Excel.

You can use this app anywhere, anytime, on any phone and also you can review changes and comments to your documents. It is readily available on the Play store and macOS. It is a simple and straight forward app without its limitation like sharing a file with the outsiders, which creates the problem of formatting.

To simplify the sharing of documents they can use drag and drop method for files or documents. If they need to discuss any other topic not related to the main content, the team members need to carry on in separate threads which prevents them from interfering in the critical conversations. Slack is much more than a collaboration app.
