  • Here it opens a list of websites you've ever visited and done activities.
  • Move your mouse cursor over the websites and a remove option comes on the screen.
  • Tap on the Close button to remove all of the websites you don't wish to see ads from.
  • I'll suggest removing all of them, as you completely want to use Facebook Ad Free.

No, you're not done yet, you need to do a few more changes, take a look at the below step-by-step procedure.
  • Scroll down a little and you'll see Ad settings.
  • Choose Not Allowed for Ads based on data from partners.

  • Open the Facebook App and login to your personal Facebook account.
  • Go to the options tab available on the right side.
  • Consider it as that drop-down menu and search for settings.

  • Open settings.

  • This time open the Your Interests section.
  • Here is the list of all of your interests that Facebook knows.
  • From here you can remove the unwanted topics that you do not want to see ads related to.
  • Once you're done you won't get ads from those categories onwards.

Disable Facebook Ad Topics Completely

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Ads.
  • Search for Hide Ad Topics.
  • Hide topic related ads
  • Here you can select or deselect the Ad Topics you want as per your choice.
  • You can also select the duration for which you want these settings to take place.
  • Also, if there's some topic you don't want to be shown and isn't listed there.
  • You can just suggest that topic to Facebook.
  • After you're done all of the settings, you're free to use Facebook.


After doing all the above-mentioned changes to your Facebook Account, you can expect not to see more unwanted Ads on your Facebook screen. So if you use Amazon frequently, you can remove it from the site lists.
