Firstly talking about its sales package, the unit that I've purchased came with a dual tone i.e. pink-grey themed box containing the unit itself (i.e. white in our case), a manual and two cables - one MicroUSB for charging and another one being an AUX cable.
The speaker is covered with a nice soft fabric shell with a non-removable carrying strap attached on the side. There are four buttons on the side panel as well featuring a power button, volume rocker with '+' & '-' button and play/pause button, along with an LED light that flashes blue when turned on. It also has a microphone pinhole beside the led indicator that can be used for phone calls where the play/pause button can be used to receive a call.
You will also notice a gasket over the side panel which when pulled out unveils a micro USB port & AUX port beneath the attached lid. Talking about the quality of the buttons, our first impression was that it is way a bit more hard to press than expected but the fact that it comes with IP67 justifies it well. The same is the feel and experience while closing the gasket lid and for the very exact reason as cited above, in our opinion.

This Bluetooth speaker by Mivi is claimed to be water resistant and we tested it at home and here is our first impression. When drenched with water, the speaker initially gave a lower volume when still being wet but after shaking the water off the surface it played the music perfectly without any glitch. So, it indeed is water resistant but if anyone intends to swim with it, we won't recommend it for sure.
So, IP67 comes handy for accidental water splashes or while traveling during the rainy season. At this price range, it has set its standard high for portable speakers.

Battery life is the one most important factor other than the sound quality of any wireless speakers. On our test run, the MiVi survived a little more than 4 hours on maximum volume while a few more minutes of runtime can be expected at moderate sound levels.
