InFocus Bingo 50 + soon to be available on Amazon India
InFocus provides a wide range of low-cost and budget mobile phones. The company launched Bingo 50 earlier this year and now an updated version named Bingo 50 + is said to be in the pipeline. Highlight is that the new device is ready to offer an improved processor, display, and camera than Bingo 50.
InFocus is a US-based company specializing in projection and display technologies. The company specializes in manufacturing low-cost and budget mobile phones compared to phones manufactured by other leading brands with similar specifications.
InFocus is a relatively new entrant in the Indian market. Some of its successful launches in the mobile phone segment include M260, M370, M680, Bingo 21 to name a few. All of these smartphone run on Android operating system.
The company launched Bingo 50 earlier this year at a price of Rs 7, 499 and now an updated version named Bingo 50 + has been added to the maker's kitty of Bingo Smartphones.
So, what sets this model apart from its predecessors? The smartphone will be available in colors like silver and other variants of gold. However, the highlight of this new product is a full metal body, improved processor, display and camera.
The Bingo 50 + will come with 4G including VoLTE support and will run on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out-of-the-box, encased beneath InFocus' InLife UI 2.0. However, none of these features are unique and can be found in other low-cost budget smartphones. The company's earlier produces like M812, M680 and M808, priced between the range Rs 8,000 and Rs 14, 000, had also come with a full-metal body.
The smartphone proudly brands a 5.5-inch HD screen of resolution 1280x720, and is incredibly mechanized by a strong 1.3GHz octa-core processor accompanied with 3GB of RAM. Coming towards storage, 16GB is a decent space offered by the phone, and a microSD card slot which is expandable up to 64GB. The phone is complimented with a 13-megapixel rear camera with an autofocus and a front-facing camera of 8-megapixel. The feature list also includes HDR along with a full-HD video recording. Speaking of battery, a 2,600mAh battery which incredibly offers a standby time of 480 hours can stand up to 12 hours of talk time. Phones like Redmi Note 3 and LeEco Le 1s are also designed in metal bodies and priced at a modest price of Rs 9,999 and 8,999 respectively.
