My wife recently bought a new phone for herself!
She was much inspired by the TV adverts that claimed their mobile phone to be great for selfies. Being a gadget geek, I, on the other hand, wasn't too happy with her choice of device. This app primarily gives you two options when opened.
1. Take a selfie
2. Beautify a saved photo from the Gallery.
Both the options make use of its image editing features and help you create perfect selfies. Once you take a selfie, it automatically enhances the picture and gives it a better contrast. In case of low light, it automatically brightens the photo and makes it look better. This app also gives you a lot of filters to try on before clicking the photograph.
The BeautyPlus Me app also lets you automatically enhance your selfies for things like dark circles, color of teeth, auto face-lift, brighten face, remove acne and moisturize lips. Some front-facing cameras on smartphones are unable to correct the mirror effect while taking a selfie and save the photo as it is. This app takes care of that problem as well and automatically turns around the selfie before saving. 
Other cool features include the vignette effect and blur effect. Both these options can be used on your selfies to enhance the overall effect. The enlarge, slim and stretch options help you experiment even more with your photographs.
This app is user-friendly and currently supports 12 Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Kannada.
