Coolpad till now was not as famous as other manufacturers in the market of smartphones in India but this time they banged it and launched their new smartphone Dazen 1 which comes with very good specs and costs only Rs. 5,999. It means it's a very good smartphone at an affordable rate and which doesn't make a hole in your pocket. So, Let's know more about the product.
Review - Coolpad Dazen 1
Design and Display
Coolpad Dazen 1 comes with a design similar to Xiaomi Redmi 1S except its speakers are placed at the bottom of the back case whereas in Xiaomi Redmi 1S, it is along with the camera. Dazen 1 is completely made up of Plastic with two color themes - Black and White. The only difference between them is the back-case of the phone which varies in color but front display is black in both the cases. It comes with a capacitive display of 5.00 inch 720x1280 which makes the phone usable for entertainment purpose too. Technical dimension of the phone are 141.00 x 71.50 x 9.30. It weighs 155g which can make it uncomfortable for some of the users. But at last overall display and design of the phone are perfect in this price range.
Camera
Coolpad Dazen 1 comes with rear camera of 8-Megapixel and front camera of 5-Megapixel which makes this phone good for selfies too. So If you are a casual photographer then this phone will stand up to your needs. It comes with a very good camera UI which comes with many camera filters to customize your precious images.
Hardware and Performance
Performance is nowadays crucial for all smartphones users they want their phone to be able to play high quality games, work endless without hanging, etc. and if at such a price this phone features Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz Quad-Core, it makes this phone amazingly fast. This phone is powered with 2GB of RAM which helps the users to use the phone without lagging. It operates on a 2500mAh Battery which is more than sufficient for this phone. It also comes with internal storage of 8 GB which may be not sufficient for most of the users but they have option of additional storage with Micro SD-Card which can expand up to 32GB. I assure you this phone will not disappoint you in the field of Entertainment you can easily play good games, watch HD movies, etc. seamlessly. Another plus point of this phone is latest Technology of 4G/LTE which makes it future proof and can be used with latest 4G SIM's which are released by some telecom companies in India with a lighting fast internet speed. There is option of Dual-SIM but another slot of SIM only supports 3G.

There are another low ranged phones too in the market but most of them come with heating issues. A friend of mine owns this phone and hasn't experienced any problem with the phone but he said that the back case of white variant may attract dust so please buy back cases or covers for this phone.
