General information

The MoviePro app requires iOS 7.0 or later, is 7.9 MB in size and is available in English only. It is compatible with these Apple devices: iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

The newest version of the app, updated in January this year, is 4.1 in which bugs that caused crashes when selecting & deleting multiple videos have been fixed. The developer also fixed the technical bug caused when recording with the front camera of a couple of devices (such as the iPad Mini and the iPhone 4).

There have been improvements too to the Focus/Exposure/WB settings of the app, namely that you now can simply tap the 'lock' switch to lock the focus, exposure or WB to current value. An accidental tap with the finger will no longer alter the manual focus/exposure settings as now this tap feature is disable on choosing the manual setting via the slider.

Likes & Dislikes

Users earlier who complained about crashes do not seem to have given updates about the newer version of the MoviePro app, if at all they have used it. Maximum ratings have not been given to the app by most people, though overall it seems the simple interface has been liked. Some users loved the fact that you can display your own background for the video you capture with the MoviePro app.

That is really an awesome app. Only drawback as I could see from your description is the fact that it is not duplicating the videos, but only linking it when adding a clip from our gallery. Just hope to see such a great app on Android.
