According to Microsoft official website, if your PC can run Windows 8.1, it can run Windows 10. So, the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 10 is pretty much same as Windows 8 and 8.1.

Here are the minimum hardware requirements to install and run Windows 10:

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster

RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)

Free hard disk space: 16 GB

Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver

In addition to the hardware requirements mentioned above, other system requirements include internet connection (to activate Windows, connect to Microsoft Store, download updates etc) and a Microsoft account (to connect your Windows 10 account).

A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 is required to access the Microsoft Store to install some of the necessary apps.
