Review of Beam broadband internet speed

Six months back I was shifted to Hyderabad. I found Beam, the internet service provider from the extra large advertisement in a theater located at Kompally, Hyderabad. Since then, I have been using their service and is almost 6 months now. Here is my experience of Beam internet service in Hyderabad. 
Data plans
I always prefer unlimited data plan since I watch a lot of online videos. Luckily all the plans available in Beam are unlimited. The data speed ranges from 1 Mbps to 50 Mbps depends on the plan. Totally there are five data plans which covers all price range. I opted for the 'B-Max 410', it offers 1 Mbps speed and cost Rs.410 per month before tax. The data will be capped to 512 Kbps after 20 GB usage.Internet experience
Using < a href="/articles/Internet.aspx">internet is a bit different in Beam. Here you need to login every time with Beam user id and password. It is not the case in Airtel broadband service. This login page opens even if you use internet through your phone or tablet. This is the same case with Asianet broadband services as well. It is a bit frustrating to keep logging in every time you need to connect to internet.
There are few occasions where login page opens every time you search in browser address bar. In this case you should not close the login page tab. This problem usually occurs when you try to login from two or more device at same time.
There are not much complaints on connectivity. I experienced network connection going down once in a month. However they are temporary network outage issues.
Customer support of Beam is good. They send a technician immediately once you contact customer care. The time taken by the technician depends on the network issue. Once I faced issue in DNS settings of my modem and it took almost 2 hr to fix the issue.
The network speed depends on the plan you signed up. There are few occasions where you get extra speed than you are offered. It usually happens to me at early morning (4 AM) usage.
Beam is a good broadband service at least in my region (KPHB) and I would recommend it. Issues I faced in this broadband are very less when compared to my previous broadband service. I wish they could fix the issue that occurs while connecting multiple devices.
I have best experience with Beam telecom. You can have best speeds than any other available broadband connection.
I had downloaded movie @ 2Mbps. Service at par compared to others.
Staring/ having a new connection is a little pain with them not so easy but once you have you will not regret.
