Adobe PDF reader for Windows Phone 8 tutorials

Adobe Reader for Windows Phone - It is one of the best application to run PDF files. In Windows Phone store the most downloaded apps to run PDF files are PDF Reader by Microsoft and Adobe Reader by Adobe Systems. Microsoft's PDF Reader does not detect PDF files that are stored in external SD card. So it is recommended to use Adobe PDF reader if the phone has external SD card.

If the PDF files are in computer, transfer it to phone or external card. If the preference is phone memory then store the files in 'Documents' folder. Windows Phone does not read PDF file if it is stored in other folders.
To read PDF files in SD card:
1. Open Adobe Reader application.
2. Slide towards left to see the documents menu.
3. All the files and folders in the SD card will be displayed in documents menu.
4. PDF file will be shown with PDF icon and click on it to read.
To read PDF files in phone memory:
1. To read PDF files in phone memory, open Office application.
2. Slide towards left to get places menu.
3. Click on 'phone' option to see all the PDF files that are stored in phone memory.
4. To open the PDF file, single tap on it.Navigating pages in Adobe Reader:
In Adobe Reader navigation can be done in two ways. It can done either using the slide bar or entering page number directly. This option is in the bottom of the app. Page number navigation can be done only for the PDF files that are stored in phone memory. For further details refer the image below.
