The game plan evolves around a straight forward storyline which in due course of time keeps revealing its nook and corners presented in the style of a comic book having plenty of cut scenes sprinkled all over the game specially during the intervals that come in the switching time of levels.

Meet the "Lotus," who is a fresher among the security agents and has been given special training. The action begins with the task of protecting your client, Dr. Koorse, whose life is at risk as all the street thugs and soldiers are after taking his life. So keep saving hi from those evil hands and move through the streets of Hong Kong and Beijing. If you are already accustomed to Woo's action packed presentations, this time you need to be ready for his abundant usage of violence and remain unnerved with blood splashes.

There is a unique pattern which is followed in Bloodstroke that puts the background as black and white with blood red colour splashed here and there to prepare you for the impending disaster. While the environments will be moving now and then, the sudden appearance of brush tainted with water colours will boost up the gaming atmosphere. Just when your nerves are about to look for an escape from blood and violence a refreshing interval of art and colour will cool you down and this way you get charged up to make up the journey for the rest of the game.

Bloodstroke makes its players go around all over the screen with the help of a virtual thumb-pad on the left side, by which attacking your enemy becomes quite less stressful. There is a button separately placed in the right corner of the bottom which you can use to fire the weapon you would possess. There are two more of them which can be used while you are going to throw grenades or when you need to take care of Dr. Koorse's health. But in all this do remember what you need to do to reach your destination. And that is to protect Dr. Koorse in all respects. Your primary challenge would be keeping a track on his movements as he would be relentlessly running towards his own danger zone. The only way to save him is using his health pack, failing which his life may be at tremendous risk. Once you fail to do your job, you lose the game!

Wrap-Up
