Airtel's sales representative Jaspreet called me and sold me an HD DTH plan with 1 month mega pack for Rs.1750/-. When I got an SMS from Airtel it said Eco Sports Pack Activated for consumer id 3016253687. When I called your call center your customer service representatives were rude and then transferred my call to an idiot senior who abruptly disconnected my call twice, sheer unprofessionalism. Airtel is full of cheats, false sales representatives & unprofessional customer support executives.
I repent my decision of buying Airtel DTH and I want to disconnect my plan and want my money back ASAP. Failing which I am launching consumer court complaint and come what may I will fight till the end with Airtel cheats.
