Gaming industry is gaining a lot of importance with increasing number of gamers worldwide. Keeping in view the comfort of gamers in using peripherals like keyboards and mouse several models that reduce strain have been designed by companies like Logitech Corsair etc. Now let's have a comparison between two high priced gaming keyboards i.e. Cooler Master Quick Fire TK and Corsair Vengeance K70.

Cooler Master Quick Fire TK

Cooler Master Quick Fire TK Gaming Keyboard
Quick Fire is a mechanical keyboard with N-Key Rollover support and uses the most famous Cherry MX Red Switches. However, you can choose your own color i.e. Red, Blue or Brown if available. To reduce the size of actual keyboard, Cooler Master has merged the directional keys into the number pad. So, this adjustment may take time to get accustomed for many new gamers. This keyboard is back light enabled with adjustable levels of brightness and has three modes of operation i.e. breathing, WASD (W, A, S, D Keys) only and full mode to assist you while playing. And as usual the multimedia keys require a combination press of Fn key like other normal keyboards. CM Quick Fire is enabled with a detachable cable to make it easier for carrying everywhere. Also one can remove the keys using a removal tool to clean any dust accumulated under it. Keeping in view the potential gamers Cooler Master might have reduced the size thereby bringing easy movement between the keys. For those who use this keyboard while typing and those who often use numbers, this keyboard will be a big confusion for the first time with its arrangement. So, nothing restricts you from buying this gaming keyboard except the price Rs.8, 000. But if you just love gaming I think price doesn't even matter for you. Also you can check online portals since Flipkart is offering this keyboard for Rs.7, 919.

Corsair Vengeance K70

This Vengeance K70 is mainly targeted on FPS gamers and has some specifications similar to Quick Fire. Unlike CM Quick Fire, K70 has an extraordinary look with brushed aluminum top. K70 is also a Back lighted keyboard but, it comes with individual LEDs for each key that enables equal distribution of light i.e. illumination in dark. Reactive back lighting is to be discussed here. It is the feature of K70 that illuminates a key only when user pressed it. K70 also uses Cherry MX Red keys like Quick Fire and you have the choice to choose between the colors Blue, Red and Brown. As you know that Corsair is somehow special, K70 is provided with a soft detachable wrist rest that doesn't let you strain while playing for hours. Corsair also lets you remove and clean each and every key by using its key removal tool. This high end gaming keyboard is more pricy than Quick Fire and you can have it for Rs.9, 300. I would like to add a few more to this. In my opinion, if you're willing to spend more, you might want to take a look at the Corsair Vengeance K70, which has many of the same benefits but also has an aluminum chassis that feels a bit more solid and dedicated media buttons. The K70 also has the option of blue backlit LED's and RGB backlighting (though it costs more). It doesn't come with contoured MOBA keys or USB pass-through port (on the RGB model), however.
