Introduction
Are you looking for a large display screen smartphone from HTC? Then its time for you to smile because HTC One Max is here for you. HTC One Max is the latest smartphone released by HTC with a large 5. 9 inch screen, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and the new HTC sense 5.5 UI. The price of HTC is not yet announced. Read below to know more about the phone.

Design and build
HTC One Max looks same as HTC' s flagship smartphone HTC One, except the screen. As the phone comes with a large 5.9 inch display, it will be very difficult to carry in pocket and certainly you will require both hands to operate this phone. HTC changed the position of power button to right hand side, just below the volume rocker button for easy use for both left and right hand users. The IR blaster is at the same top location as it was in HTC One. Another change from HTC is the removable rear casing. Under the casing you will get access to a mini sim and a micro sd card slot. Unfortunately the battery is still not removable.
On the back side, we have a 4 Ultra pixel camera and HTC logo. Surprisingly there is a fingerprint scanner on the back side just below the camera. Using this feature you can unlock the phone and some other apps also. The peculiarity of this fingerprint scanner is that it can store upto three fingerprints, either yours or your loved ones. The phone is made up of brushed aluminium casing, which will give a premium feeling to your phone. Overall HTC One Max has a nice design and build quality.
Display
Htc One Max borrows everything from HTC One in case of display, which includes 1080p resolution and Super LCD 3 technology. The device comes with a large display of 5.9 inches of excellent quality. As there is large display phablets like Sony Xperia Z Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 in the market, 5.9 inch screen of HTC One Max is not that much big. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and it will resist medium kind of scratches on the display.
Processor and interface
HTC One Max comes with a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm snapdragon 600 soc quadcore processor. It is little bit disappointing that the device doesn't have an octa core processor, but still its good. The processor is coupled with 2 GB RAM and Adreno 320 GPU for extra performance. The device comes with the latest Android operating system Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which is new in smartphones.
Talking about the user interface, HTC One Max comes with the latest HTC Sense 5.5 UI. Like the previous smartphones, HTC One Max also comes with HTC Blink Feed, but this time it is customizable. If you didn't liked the blink feed, you can change it to Android design with 7 customizable home screens. HTC One Max comes joined with Google drive, which gives 50 GB of Google drive storage for its owners.
Camera and battery
As we have seen in HTC One, the same 4 Ultra pixel camera is used in HTC One Max. The camera is of good quality and is capable of taking full HD photos as well as videos. The camera gives high quality photos in daylight and the quality decreases as the light dims. HTC provides a 2.1 MP camera on the front and is good enough for video calls and for taking self photos. HTC One Max camera provides Dual shot which we have already seen in Samsung Galaxy S4, which helps you to take photos using rear and front camera at the same time.
HTC One Max has a large capacity battery of 3300 mAh, which is very much essential for a large 5.9 inch display. Under normal usage the battery will last for more than 1 day and it will drain faster if you are gonna use internet or play games. Even though the rear casing is removable, the battery is still non- removable. So if you want to change the battery you have to get help from a service center.
