The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11 is hybrid laptop/tablet Windows RT based computer released in late 2012. The Yoga 11 gets its name from its ability to change form factors thanks to the two-way hinge used to mount its display.
The Lenovo Yoga11 is a hybrid of a laptop and a tablet. The 11 inch display can be detached from the main body of the laptop to form a sleep 11 inch tablet. The hybrid design is immensely flexible. Prop the Yoga 11 up in 'tent mode', and the Bluetooth 4.0, but it's unfortunately paired with 2.4GHz-only 802.11n.
The solid state drive on the Lenovo Yoga11 is a 128 GB hard drive. One of our biggest gripes about the 13-inch Yoga was that only half of its 128GB SSD was actually used to create the operating system partition. More than 50 of those gigabytes were consumed by various system and restore partitions not present in a "clean" install of Windows from a retail DVD or USB drive.
The Lenovo Yoga11 is a great device. Offering a blend of a portable tablet and a conventional laptop, the Yoga11 is offers the best of both worlds and is a great new addition to this segment. Lenovo has made many improvements to the Yoga11 over its predecessor, the Yoga13 and these improvements truly take the Yoga11 to the next level.
