Samsung Galaxy Mate has on board 1.5 GB RAM and Huawei Ascend Mate has on board 2 GB RAM, that makes a big difference between them.

The internal storage capability of Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is 8GB, and from that 5.34 GB is accessible to user. Ascend Mate provides an internal memory of 8 GB and among that 4.65 GB is accessible to user. The memory in both phablets can be expanded by using microSD card.

4.Camera

Samsung Galaxy Mega provides 2600 mAh battery whereas Huawei Ascend Mate provides a battery of 4050 mAh which possibly makes everyone clear that Ascend Mate has got a long lasting battery backup, but Samsung Galaxy Mega loses so.

7. Connectivity

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 comes with dual-SIM capability which Huawei Ascend Mate lacks and looking further to its connectivity both the devices has got Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth and microUSB facilities
