The maximum standby time is 350 hours max. (14.6 days) and the battery is 1000 mAh Li-Ion which is removable. The display is LCD with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels with 3.1 inches diagonal display.

This is an affordable messaging phone from Verizon and Samsung, so it won't be wrong to say that they have got some great features in this model. Some of the features which are included in this phone are a capacitive touch screen with slide-out text keyboard, this phone has also got a 3-megapixel camera which is quite unbelievable at such a price. It has also got EVDO 3G data and as well as a memory card slot too. This phone as also got build-in applications like Facebook and twitter. After getting hands on this phone I felt that it is a smartphone, but the truth is that it is not a smartphone. If you looking for a basic phone then this phone is definitely for you. The display size and the touch of the screen is really big and nice respectively, but the problem is that you cannot add a background image, you will be able to change the image when you will swipe the phone to unlock it.
The two menus which are available in this phone and the colours in which they are available are orange and green which I felt was not very attractive. I would say that the touchscreen is capacitive, instead of pressing the screen with the help of fingers or nails which is quite a big problem with Version, here in this phone you can do that by simply tapping on it. But you won't be able to use your regular gloves in winter to use this phone, for that you need to have a special gloves. I felt that the body of the phone itself has got a super cheap feeling, it is definitely not solid like other phones which are offered by Verizon, even the screen itself is also plastic, which is good in a way, as you don't have to worry about cracking or scratches.Final verdict
Finally, I would say that it has got the looks of a smartphone, but it is not one. It is in effect for those who are not interested to have a smartphone and are looking for a basic phone with touchscreen and QWERTY keypad, for them this would be the best option.
