Additional Title Bar Buttons : The "Move to Monitor window" action can help you quickly place any window of your choice to a particular monitor. This can be done using a special button in the window's title bar. Some of the short cuts are, left click will do an instant move to the next monitor and right click will bring the submenu with the list of monitors.
