 Lenovo K6 Series is the new entrant in the K Series. The 4G enabled device will be available exclusively through the online partner Flipkart with effect from December, 6.
Design and display
The smartphone features a 5 inch fulll HD screen at a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The display will offer you crisp and clear view. The full HD display ensures better viewing angles and a good outdoor legibility.
Lenovo K6 is available in three color variants of dark gray, gold, and silver. The full metal unibody design offers you a premium look. It also boasts of Dolby Atmos technology for an enhanced audio experience. Then there is a finger print scanner as well.
The insides
The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octacore processor. Graphics are taken care of by Adreno 505 GPU. You can opt for any one of the two variants in terms of internal storage - 16 GB and 32 GB. The 16 GB variant will be carrying a RAM capacity of 2 GB, while the 32 GB version will come with 3 GB RAM. The expandable storage option is available. You can expand the memory to a capacity up to 256 GB.
Cameras
The fast focus 13 MP rear camera ensures crisper and high definition photos and videos. The rear camera has Sony IMX258 sensor. The 8 MP front snapper is capable of picture perfect selfies. The front camera comes with Sony IMX219 sensor and a wide angle lens.
The software
Lenovo K6 Power runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. The customisation is provided by Vibe Pure UI. The fingerprint scanner ensures a great unlocking option. Dolby Atmos provides excellent audio experience.
The battery and connectivity
The most important feature that sets the Lenovo K6 Power apart from other competing devices is its whopping battery capacity. Lenovo claims that it can go on running for two days non stop on a single charge.
You have the latest Bluetooth 4.2 for better and faster connectivity and other standard connectivity features like GPS, WiFi and FM Radio. The statistics released by Lenovo indicate 96.5 hours of music playback, 13.6 hours of video playback, 48 hours of voice calls, 12.6 hours of Web surfing, and 649 hours of standby time. The phone also features a Ultimate PowerSaver app for enhanced battery saving. The smartphone also has a reverse charging feature which makes it equivalent to a power bank.
The availability and price
Lenovo K6 Power is launched officially in November, 2016 and will be made available through Flipkart from December, 6 in an open sale. The phone is priced at Rs. 9999.
