 Huawei announced on February 24, 2013 one of the fastest smartphones in the world, Huawei Ascend P2. The Android Jellybean smartphone is powered by 1.5 quad core processor supported by Huawei Ascend P2 chiset. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with 1 GB of RAM. The internal memory is 16 GB with no slot for external memory. There is a dual camera in Huawei Ascend P2. The primary camera is 13 MP capable of recording videos at 1080p@30fps and front camera of 1.3 MP for video calls at 720p @ 30fps. The display size is 4.7 inches supported by the screen display type of IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colours. There are sensors available like Accelerometer, Gyro, Proximity, Compass etc. The connectivity internet and data transfer connectivity is through Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, dual band, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and USB.
