NC450 is a cloud camera having external antenna for Wi-Fi reception, Ethernet and a microSD card slot.
It is designed in a dome shaped shiny-white exterior having a power slot in the back.
TP-Link is already in the router business and now is expanding in the area of connected devices. The NC450 camera is the recent addition to this range.
The camera is designed in a nice way as to use it either by placing it on a table or hanging from the roof. The LED light on the front is for knowing the status of the camera.
There is no in built storage in the camera so a microSD card is to be inserted for the recording. TP-Link has advised to use a microSD card up to the capacity of 128 GB.
To operate the camera one has to install 'tpCamera' app in one's mobile phone.
The camera is equipped with a 1/4 inch CMOS sensor and is also having an infrared LED that enables taking pictures even in dark.
In case camera detects any activity it will intimate the user either push notification or email. The device can rotate 300 degree in horizontal and 110 degree in verticle plane to cover up the place fully.
