I have a question for you.
Were you able to print before using the same application?
A) If Yes,
You can start your computer in safe mode or Safe Mode with networking and try to print or export.
If you are able to print or export in Safe Mode.. Then it is sure that some of the other third party applications or services might be conflicting and its disabling those options.

B) If NO,
You try to performing a repair of the application you are using.
Option is Availabe in Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.
You would get the option to change, Uninstall and repair.
