Hi VidPaw,
We usually allow only 1-2 promotional links in an article. Your article has 11 external links.
Also, I just noticed that VidPaw is a YouTube downloader software. YouTube video downloaders go against Google AdSense policies and as a result we can't host links to such websites from Techulator.

The article is of excellent quality but we won't be able to publish it.

You are right, we have disabled AdSense ads on that article so avoid a penalty.
I have shifted your article to pending and disabled AdSense ads on it. Please reduce the link count to 2 maximum and then we can approve it. Make sure you add a "nofollow" attribute in the external links.

You can give links (except the 2 clickable) without making them clickable.
