You can compare them as per specifications and cost and decide the one suiting to your requirement.

Since you are just starting out you can opt for a shared hosting. You can go for some known names like GoDaddy, Hostgator, Inmotion or BigRock for hosting. Since you have not mentioned how much traffic you are expecting to receive I will suggest you to check out the shared hosting plans of these hosting providers and see which one suits you the best.
Go for monthly subscription and as and when you visitors increase you can change the hosting plan. For starting out Rs. 500/month will be more than enough for you.
