Internet sites where one can submit basic technical articles

Under the technical category there are mainly two types of articles. One is the detailed and exhaustive about a technology or gadget while other is basic educational write up about any technical subject.

It is the latter one about which I want to know whether there are internet sites which encourage such basic articles on various technical subjects and pay revenue (whatever minimal it is) to the writers. These articles will be more of educational values for the student community in particular and other internet surfers in general.

If they are technical in nature, you can post it here on Techulator since we accept articles that are related to technology but are educational in nature.
